3. How do I secure my spot?
To reserve your spot, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due by May 2, 2025

4. Is there a payment plan available?
Yes! A flexible payment plan is available to make it easier for you to attend. Pay your $250 deposit and then final balance by March 14, 2025.If you need special arrangements, contact Ashia Nicole 470-387-1618
5. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Solo travelers are welcome. If you don’t have a roommate, inquire , and we may be able to match you with another solo traveler to share a room.
Single occupancy rooms are available at an additional cost.
6. What time do we depart and return?
- Departure: Friday, May 16 at 12:00 PM from North Springs MARTA Station (Atlanta, GA)
- Return: Sunday, March 23 at 7:000 PM at North Springs MARTA Station
Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in.
7. What should I pack?
- Comfortable, stylish outfits for wine tasting and sightseeing
- Dressy casual attire for dinner and rooftop wine experience
- Comfortable walking shoes for exploring Savannah
- A light jacket or shawl for cooler evenings
- A wine tote bag (optional, for purchases)
8. Can I bring my own wine on the shuttle?
Yes! Personal wine and beverages are allowed on the shuttle. We will also provide light refreshments and snacks during the trip.
9. What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made before March 7 may be eligible for a partial refund. After March 8, all payments are non-refundable.
Deposit is non refundable however is transferable.
10. Will there be free time to explore?
Yes! You will have free time on Saturday afternoon to explore Savannah’s historic sites, shops, and local attractions at your own pace.
